THE VALLEY

A smooth, easy-drinking lager with a light body and subtle malt flavour. 3.5%

SESSION IPA

A light-bodied IPA bursting with citrus and tropical hop aroma. Lower ABV, big flavour—perfect for all-day sipping. 4%

IPA

Our signature IPA has a pronounced hop character and proportionate bitterness, offering an explosion of citrus, pine and tropical fruit flavours. 6.5%

AMERICAN PILSNER

Our American Pilsner brings a zesty twist to the "classic" pilsner, taking it to a whole new level. Packed with hops, it has the refreshing, pure character so beloved of lagers complemented by citrus zest. 5%

BLUEBERRY ALE

Our Blueberry Beer features handpicked, sun-ripened blueberries from our neighbours at Vergers Ivanhoe Faille, just down the road. With every sip, you'll taste the vibrant, local harvest and the spirit of community. This refreshing brew combines the natural fresh blueberries with a crisp finish. 6%

HASKAP LEMONADE BEER

To create this delicious lemonade-beer, we used haskap berries from Camerises Covey Hill, giving it a pleasant blend of fruity and tart flavours. 5%

RASPBERRY RHUBARB - CANS ONLY

This perfect summer time beer uses local raspberries and rhubarb from Restaurant Gary’s and Maison Sivo. 5%

SCOTTISH TWOPENNY

Scottish Two Penny is a historic red ale that evokes the spirit of Scotland in a glass. It takes its name from the cost of a Scottish pint in the 1700s. It's light and refreshing, with aromas of caramel, toffee and roast. 4%

SKIBSØL

This smoky amber ale offers rich, robust flavours inspired by the favorite brews of Danish sailors of yesteryear. Our Skibsøl features a distinct smoky character, balanced by a gentle malt background. 4%

COFFEE STOUT

Black beer brewed with local coffee from our friends at Brulerie Emma. 4%

“EASY DRINKING”

A bold cider-beer hybrid brewed in collaboration with Le Capsule Temporelle. Dry-hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin for vibrant notes of white grape, gooseberry, and tropical zest. Refreshingly dry with a hoppy twist. 6%
