Covey Hill Lager

This blonde lager is inspired by the scenic beauty of Covey Hill Road, produced with Quebec agricultural ingredients. 4%

SCOTTISH TWOPENNY

This historic red ale takes its name from the cost of a Scottish pint in the 1700s. 4%

ROCKBURN STOUT

Irish-style black ale. 4%

4. RASPBERRY RHUBARB

This beer is made with raspberry and rhubarb puree. 5%

HASKAP & OAK

An oak barrel-aged beer with wine-like character, overflowing with the delicious flavour of haskap berries sourced from our neighbours at Camerises Covey Hill. 5%

APPLE BEER

Made with local apple juice from Petch Orchards. 6.5%

BEE BALM BLANCHE (White)

A traditional witbier brewed with local bee balm flowers from La Ferme des Quatre-Temps and Maryse’s garden, offering delicate citrus and herbal notes, along with a light and refreshing character that stays true to the Belgian style. 4%

DAD PALE ALE - NEIPA

This modern pale ale is characterized by New Zealand hops, which give it lively tropical aromas. Brewed in collaboration with our mate Karl Wiggins, an Australian and Kiwi brewer who is also a new dad, Dad Pale Ale raises a toast to sleepless nights, nappies and the wonderful chaos of fatherhood. 5%

COLD IPA

A refreshing IPA, dry-hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe varieties, offering explosive aromas of fruit and pine. Its name is inspired by the conditioning (maturation) process that gives it its smooth, silky finish. 6%

PINE PALE ALE (Hoppy blonde)

This hoppy pale ale is made with white pine from our farm. 4%

BLACK IPA

Our black IPA is a harmonious blend of full-bodied roasted malts and pronounced hops. Expect notes of chocolate and coffee, balanced with an explosion of citrus and pine that dances on the palate. 6%

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PORTER

A velvety dessert porter bursting with rich chocolate and creamy vanilla upfront, finishing with subtle hints of roasted peanut butter for a smooth, indulgently sweet sip. 5% *Contains Lactose
