Livingstone Brewing is a rural craft microbrewery perched on Covey Hill in Franklin, in the Haut-Saint-Laurent—just southwest of Montréal and minutes from the U.S. border. It’s a destination for great beer, wide open landscapes, and unhurried time in the countryside.
We brew flavourful, character-driven craft beer, often using ingredients grown on our family farm or sourced locally. Tradition and creativity come together in every pint, from rotating small-batch ales to cask pours, all served in our restored century-old timber-frame barn.
This is a place made for gathering and exploring. Families, dogs, cyclists, and motorcycle riders are all welcome. In every direction, you’ll find sweeping rural views and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere year-round.
Throughout the seasons, food trucks and kitchen takeovers bring fresh local flavours to the experience. We also host occasional live music events that bring the barn and grounds to life. For those who want to stay a little longer, camping is available through Terego and Harvest Hosts—making it easy to turn a visit into a true countryside escape.
Livingstone Brewing is where craft beer meets the land it comes from—simple, welcoming, and rooted on Covey Hill.
