This blonde lager is inspired by the scenic beauty of Covey Hill Road, Produced with Quebec agricultural ingredients. 4%

A light-bodied IPA bursting with citrus and tropical hop aroma. Lower ABV, big flavour—perfect for all-day sipping. 4%

ENGLISH IPA

Traditional English style red IPA. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Kahnawake Brewing co. 5.8%

BLACK IPA

Our black IPA is a harmonious blend of full-bodied roasted malts and pronounced hops. Expect notes of chocolate and coffee, balanced with an explosion of citrus and pine that dances on the palate. 6%

PICKLE RICK

A crisp and refreshing cucumber beer, brewed with fresh cucumbers grown locally at Fermes Quatre-Temps. 4%

LILAC BLANCHE

Our Blanche is a refreshing Belgian witbier infused with locally harvested lilac flowers. The wheat malt gives it a smooth texture, while notes of citrus, coriander and the floral scent of fresh lilac give it a unique elegance. 4.5%

SCOTTISH TWOPENNY

Scottish Two Penny is a historic red ale that evokes the spirit of Scotland in a glass. It takes its name from the cost of a Scottish pint in the 1700s. It's light and refreshing, with aromas of caramel, toffee and roast. 4%

“EASY DRINKING”

A bold cider-beer hybrid brewed in collaboration with Le Capsule Temporelle. Dry-hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin for vibrant notes of white grape, gooseberry, and tropical zest. Refreshingly dry with a hoppy twist. 6%

NON-ALCOHOLIC IPA

This non-alcoholic IPA is brewed for hop lovers who want to enjoy all the flavour without the alcohol. With an ABV of just 0.6%, it boasts bold notes of citrus tang, pine and tropical fruit, light tangy finish that rivals its stronger cousins. 0.6%
