As a farm brewery, we use ingredients that come directly from our crops. When that’s not possible, we outsource to local farmers or regional businesses. Our beer is designed to be low in alcohol, and we try to release 2-4 varieties per month, including experimental batches. You can enjoy them in taster, pint, and growler forms.
Clean blonde German lager. 4.5%
Bee balm belgian blonde
Blonde ale using bee balm flowers from La Ferme Quatre Temps. 5%
Sorachi ace pale ale
Dill, citrus, hoppy, bitter, and dry. 5%
This amber beer has nice balance of malt and hops, coming together with earthy tones. 3.8%
Old world mild
Easy drinking sour brown ale using wild yeast culture from the farm. 3.4%
A dark ale with roasted coffee flavours. 4.5%

Our kombucha comes from Gutsy Kombucha, in Rosemont, Montreal. Their products contain minor traces of alcohol, and are considered a non-alcoholic beverage.
